Feasibility studies – mimicking the conditions in hot strip mills

SSAB, Lund University, and Uppsala Synchrotronix have received funding from the Swedish Innovation Agency to investigate if the conditions during steel production in hot strip mills can be mimicked in synchrotron radiation experiments using scattering and imaging techniques.
